A Living Breakthrough is a platform for us to share our story and the amazing lessons and information learned through a professional hockey player's cancer journey. Cancer gave us a new profound perspective on how we choose to live our life moving forward which we will forever be grateful for. The many tools and information learned along the way will be passionately shared to help others, giving valuable resources that could potentially save lives or simply help enhance their inspiration. As we share our story, we are hoping it will not only help others have new perspectives within their own life, but also find ways to enrich it, by giving them a chance to choose how to live their life moving forward. We are here to create a new community of support for those who are feeling lost or alone within their cancer journey. Whether you are a cancer patient or survivor, a caregiver, friend or loved one, we will be opening up about our experiences to create a new profound connection towards such a defeating disease. We hope our story and resources can help give the power of hope by trusting yourself in believing anything is possible.

Going through something like cancer, it strips away so much from you and very easily can make you feel as though it's taking your dreams away. Despite whatever obstacles are thrown at you, it is always in your power to make your dreams become your reality. Wade has been able to prove that to himself time and time again with whatever obstacles are thrown at him. Whenever you are trying to get through the process of being knocked down and picking yourself back up, it is so important to never give up on your dreams. Trust your path and continue pushing through whatever obstacles are thrown at you. Life is just too short to do anything else and we only have one shot at it, so there's absolutely no point putting off your dreams, regardless on how big or small they may be.
